ယဉ်ကျေးမှုတော်လှန်ရေး (Cultural Revolution) ဆိုတာ ၁၉၆၆ ခုနှစ်ကနေ ၁၉၇၆ ခုနှစ်ကြား တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှာ ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့တဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးအရွေ့တစ်ရပ်ပါ။ ဒီယဉ်ကျေးမှုတော်လှန်ရေးရဲ့ အစကို မေ ၁၆ နိုတဖကေးရှင်း (May 16 Notification) အပြင်ကို ထွက်ရှိတဲ့ အချိန်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ၁၉၆၆ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၁၆ ရက်၊ ဒီနေ့လို နေ့မျိုးပေါ့။ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုတော်လှန်ရေးကို တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီရဲ့ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ မော်စီတုန်းက စတင်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပြီး တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအတွင်းမှာ ဆိုရှယ်လစ်စနစ် ထွန်းကားပြန့်ပွားရေးနဲ့ အရင်းရှင်စနစ်တွေ၊ ရှေးရိုးစွဲယဉ်ကျေးမှုတွေ အမြစ်ပြတ်ပျောက်သုဉ်းရေးတိုအတွက် ဦးတည်ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ကြတာပါ။
